One of the beautiful hotels in Egypt I went there with my friend for 4 days only we stayed in 28th floor(. ) . It was beautiful view to the Nile clean room, fast service, and we also meet a very gentle, great man His name is Mr. zake. He very professional and really takes good care of us. Fast check in fast check out no waiting. He was so helpful. Thank you Mr. zake really we will come back again because of you.

The location is excellent - on the Nile. It is a grand hotel and stands out for miles around. It hold its own status within the skylines and surrounded by the likes of the Four Seasons, the Hilton and Sofitel. It is a busy hotel with lots of guests coming and going. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a wide selection of fresh food provided on a daily basis. The breakfast staff were kind and accommodating. Two of the managers, Mohammed Farouk and Hamid really stood out to us ( we thought they were twins at first). They were tentative and polite and knowledgeable about they area. It is clear that the staff are very proud of their hotel and ensure that guests are made to feel welcome and comfortable. In addition, it was good that the hotel is alcohol free. We also saw that the hotel caters for weddings and it was nice to see a few happy couples celebrating with their families at the hotel.
